    I believe all people want to be happy and satisfied with their life but don’t always know how to achieve it. I respect and admire those who seek therapy, as it can be anxiety provoking and difficult. I try my best to make you comfortable, but also challenge you to step outside your comfort zone to elicit change. 

    My 23 years in Social Work have been spent working with vulnerable children and families, juvenile offenders, foster care youth and parents, at-risk students and supervising a kinship foster care program. 

    I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles to assist in achieving your goals.
