I am a Brainspotting Practitioner and employ Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Experiential Family Therapy, Attachment Theory, Bowen Family Systems, Crucible Therapy, Gottman, Narrative, Strategic, Feminist Theory, Affirmative Therapy and Systemic Sex Therapy.
It is my belief that growth is painful, and healing involves self-confrontation, self-compassion and self-love. Feeling whole and joyful does not mean we are problem free.
