Individual counseling with a therapist enables you to talk about your thoughts and feelings in a nonjudgmental and supportive atmosphere. We provide individual counseling to help people deal with a broad range of issues, including grief, compulsions, anxiety, mood, adjustment to change, and other concerns. For children, we use a therapeutic approach with interactions using toys, games, and sand trays to provide therapy in a non-threatening and relaxed environment.
Family relationships are complex and interactions can be difficult for a wide variety of reasons. We offer counseling services to traditional families, nontraditional families and blended families to provide the opportunity for family members to discuss feelings openly and resolve issues. We help families with a broad range of issues, such as conflicts between parents and children, challenging adolescent behavior, and with issues related to grief, transitions during divorce, and other issues.
We provide marriage counseling and couples counseling to strengthen relationships and resolve conflict. We have worked with couples from diverse backgrounds to enhance communication, rebuild lost trust, financial disagreements and resolve other problems.
